 In
my years of being an artist and teaching art to others at the
community college level, I longed for a way to better connect
with my creativity and guide my students to that spark within.
When I discovered Focusing I came to realize that it is the
avenue to one's creative core and more.
In the 1990s I began Focusing training with Ann Weiser Cornell
and received my Focusing trainer certification from the Focusing
Institute in 1995.
My inner relationship Focusing practice is with me always. I
use it many times each day as I move through the different aspects
of my life. Decisions, conflicts, the deaths of loved ones,
challenging transitions; they are all made easier and more in
my natural life flow with Focusing.
I was chairperson of the art department of a community college
for 30 yrs and also taught private workshops starting in 1978.
Currently I teach Inner Relationship Focusing, levels 1 & 2
and Accessing Your Creative Potential workshops in the Sacramento
area. I also offer private Focusing sessions.

*If you've enrolled in or taken my Focusing workshops, the private
