 I
began my spiritual journey in 1977 when I became a serious student
of meditation. In 1989, I quit my corporate life to merge my
heart and my path. Experiencing a spiritual epiphany in Egypt
in 1992, I became a student and eventual partner to Nicki Scully
of Shamanic
Journeys where I lead tours to Egypt and Peru.
I became a Focusing Trainer in 1996 and am currently a Certifying
Coordinator with The
Focusing Institute. My interest in building spiritual community
inspired my healing circle, which I held in my home faithfully
for 4 years. I currently teach workshops in Focusing, manifestation,
and metaphysics.
In December of 2002, my business partner Bobbie Holloway and
I founded Presence of Heart. Under this umbrella, we teach,
inspire, and offer private sessions for transformation and healing.
Realizing that sacred sites offer great opportunities for personal
and planetary growth, we lead spiritual journeys to Egypt and
South Africa. In January of 2004, Bobbie and I opened the Presence
of Heart Center for Spiritual Transformation and Healing in

I
periodically offer Learning Focusing workshops (Levels 1 and
2) as well as workshops on the following topic(s):
Manifesting Your Heart's Desire: The power of manifestation
is making clear what is wanting to be revealed from the unseen
world. It is often germinated by a longing, desire, or passion
that seems to touch a core in one's being. Bringing your dreams
into three dimensional consciousness is a process of clarity,
getting out of one's way, and allowing what's wanting for
you to come through you as you clear away blocks and doubts
to enter an energetic flow. Sometimes we are clear about what
we are sensing and feeling, and sometimes it is only a quickening
in the belly that calls us. Whatever it is requires a process
of trust and surrender.
In
this two-day workshop, we explore our heart's desire and learn
what keeps us from manifesting the brilliance that we are.
Using Focusing, we tap into the body's wisdom, explore our
resistance and our longing, name that which we desire, and
learn to trust the universe and its greater support for our
highest potential. Some who attend are very clear about what
they are wanting to manifest and some are wanting to get clear.
This class is for all of you.
Over the course of 8 years, I have developed 11 principles
that can be easily applied to the process of manifesting one's
vision, career, relationship, money and whatever flows from
the heart. I will teach you these principles as well as give
you an opportunity to experience them.
